ElectraWatch Investor Information
Investor Information:
ElectraWatch is actively seeking a three year $2 million “Series A” equity financing round. Continued investment in several critical areas of CHM technology is required to facilitate the successful large scale adoption of CHM technology. Specifically, significant NRE is required to miniaturize CHM technology by developing an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC). A Pareto analysis of the ElectraWatch CHM identified the custom machined Delrin enclosure and the printed circuit board (PCB) as two largest CHM cost contributors, accounting for approximately 94.3% of the current CHM total cost. Implementing the appropriate miniaturization technology will significantly reduce the per unit cost of the CHM by reducing or eliminating the costs associated with purchasing the 150+ individual electronic components that populate the PCB, PCB manufacturing costs, and quality control costs currently associated with the CHM PCB. Miniaturization technologies will also facilitate the development of a cheaper injection molded or other easily mass produced enclosure.
